Shell has been practicing for Yoga for 18 years. She fell in love with the benefits of Yoga and Pilates and began teaching in 2013 and went on to complete her training with Byron Bay Yoga, Baby Bliss Yoga and Studio Pilates. Her classes embrace the interconnectedness of body, mind and breath.
Shell’s classes offer a welcoming space to become present, to focus and explore. The use of assistance aids is encouraged with support and modification offered to those experiencing limited mobility. Her foremost goal is to share the practice in a way that is accessible to all, to meet people where they are.
