A strength and conditioning class is a constantly-varied, high-intensity, functional movement class.

Emphasising on cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, speed, coordination, agility and balance.

The class maximizes your performance and fitness for any physical challenge or activity! It is perfect for runners, soccer players, netballers, cricketers and any sport that has a major focus on running.

Strength and conditioning is an integral part in the development of maximising your movement.

The Strength and Conditioning discipline provides services in the areas of:

• Speed

• Agility

• Endurance

• Strength

• Stability

• Flexibility

• Injury prevention

 

• Management and rehabilitation for the purposes of enhanced athletic performance during competition

• Develop correct exercise skill or drill technique

• Improved strength base

• Improve sports specific movements and techniques through agility and speed sessions

• Improve physical conditioning through sport specific conditioning sessions.
